Renovating a client's home is a very personable experience. Depending on the scope of the project, unforeseen things can come up even in the best of execution and planning. Covid was full-blown when we started with these DEAR clients. It started with a full kitchen remodel in 2020 and in July of 2024 we just finished a full guest bath remodel. We have designed almost every room in their Las Vegas home, except the Primary Suite, we hope that's next. If you can imagine, Covid wreaked havoc every chance it got, but these clients remained calm, patient and understanding of all the obstacles that were out of our control. Having built and owned hotels, they have an extensive background in construction and we have learned so much from these clients and do not take their friendship for granted. We also got to help with their Minnesota home. They truly have a special place in our hearts.
